We offer you a comprehensive set of dance classes that will give you the full knowledge and skills to Afro-Cuban dancing.
The package includes:
Afro-cuban Full Online Classes: 90+ specially recorded and prepared by Alfredo Garcia classes from all Orishas, Palo, Yuka, Makuta and Rumba. Each lesson lasts from 50 minutes to 80 minutes, usually divided into 2 parts, with full explanation of each step and movement. The classes are thematically varied and modeled on the activities Alfredo conducts in his dance school or during workshops at festivals.
Step By Step:YORUBA : 130+ videos, combined into 3 chapters. The learning of Step 1 consists of 3 separate video lessons: 1) how does it look like (about 30 sec) 2) explanation of steps (about 2-8 minutes) 3) explanation of body and hand work (about 5-15 minutes). This way of presenting each step allows you to learn to dance in the most accurate way. This course includes learning the steps of the Orishas such as Eleggua, Oggun, Oshosi, Oshun, Yemaya, Oya, Babalu Aye, Aggayu, Obatala and Shango.
Paso Por Paso: YORUBA :Más de 130 vídeos, combinados en 3 capítulos. El aprendizaje del Paso 1 consta de 3 lecciones en video separadas: 1) cómo se ve (aproximadamente 30 segundos) 2) explicación de los pasos (aproximadamente 2 a 8 minutos) 3) explicación del trabajo corporal y manual (aproximadamente 5 a 15 minutos) ). Esta forma de presentar cada paso te permite aprender a bailar de la forma más precisa. Este curso incluye el aprendizaje de los pasos de los Orishas como Eleggua, Oggun, Oshosi, Oshun, Yemayá, Oya, Babalu Aye, Aggayu, Obatala y Shango.

This course learns the steps of 3 different Rumba: Rumba Yambu, Rumba Guaguanco and Columbia. This course is constantly being expanded, we are adding new steps successively.

YORUBA AFROCUBAN ONLINE ACADEMY
(PARTICIPANTS MUST BE AT LEAST INTERMEDIATE DANCE LEVEL IN AFROCUBAN)
Learn the genesis of Afro-Cuban dances, find out what is behind these movements, learn each step correctly, including its cultural translation. Learn the rhythms, learn to play them on the tambores bata and learn the songs, understand their meaning.
This program includes detailed study of orishas such as Eleggua, Oggun, Oshosi, Oshun, Yemaya, Oya, Obatala, Babalu Aye, Aggayu and Shango. Additionally, you will get the basic knowledge in the field of dance technique.
The Academy is not only pre-prepared online lessons or lectures. These are also Q&A sessions by using our e-learning platform, special "Action for Today" which helps you get the main knowledge from each class and gives you some kind of "homework" to make your learning more efficient.
If you have questions about the lesson or you just want to learn more about Orishas - schedule a private talk with Alfredo using his Calendly planner. You can use this option as many times as you need during this one-year program.
Online meeting with Alfredo can be in Spanish, English or German language.
It is also possible to get a certificate - what you have to do to get it is to pass the exams and prepare a recording of Alfredo's choreography performed by you, which is attached to the course.
